Hello beautiful soul. 

My name is Laura Pasacreta. I am Italian and English descent and a multi-generational clarsentient, plant medicine woman, gridworker, and ancient history nerd (I originally trained as an archaeologist). I had my awakening in early January 2013 - a couple weeks after the end of the Mayan Calendar and after a few years of chronic 'mystery' illnesses and severe burnout. This sparked a decade-long - somewhat arduous and tear filled, but always magical - journey back home to myself.  At the roof of the illness was an hypersensitive empath with a dysregulated and overloaded nervous system. It was this quest for whole health and connection back to my body that opened my gifts and spurred my training as a Quantum Energy and Sound Healer, Somatic Therapist, and Flower Essence Therapist/Herbalist. I have naturalized gifts of healing, clearing/attuning people and spaces, holding space for transformation, seeing core gifts/talents, and channeling flower medicine.

 

I opened Bare Energetics (my spirit animal is a bear) in 2015 in Calgary. I mainly work with empaths/lightbringers/healers in clearing out old patterns and healing chronic illness and dysregulated nervous systems through 1:1 client sessions, herbal and Flower Essence remedies, and events/workshops. I also support people to uncover and strengthen their intuitive gifts and thrive.

In 2022, I re-located with my family to Tamarindo, Costa Rica to be closer to Mother Earth and learn the plant medicine and earth energies in Central America. I have expanded my practice to include Empath/Somatic Coaching services and online and in-person events and courses. I am always learning, endlessly curious and misstepping constantly as we fumble towards the finish line of this new earth.  

 

I thrive in community and have lovingly co-created 5D Souls, The Village Collective, and Soul Fire Ceremonies with three bright soul sisters. These ventures are intertwined through my offerings and spaces on this website.
