I'm so grateful you're here! I offer services in herbal and flower essence assessments; intuitive energy alignments, empath / ascension coaching and clearings (people and spaces); and multi-dimensional classes and workshops which I often co-create with other starseeds. I am a clarsentient and flower channeller and trained as a Herbalist, Flower Essence Therapist and Quantum Energy Healer with a background in Pranic Healing, Somatic Embodiment and a Masters in Archaeology (I'm a serious ancient knowledge nerd and LOVE learning). In 2022, I relocated to Tamarindo, Costa Rica with my family where I run Bare Energetics and attempt to surf and learn Spanish.
